My name is Jone Izaguirre

As a professional with a consolidated track record in people management, I have worked directly in companies as Head of Human Resources and as Senior Consultant in Restructuring projects, Outplacement and Organizational Change. I have created HR Departments and worked in Recruitment, Training and Organizational Development.

I am used to working by objectives, with the ability to implement and develop new projects and work methods. I believe that in order to manage people, you need to motivate them.

I have a degree in Psychology, with a postgraduate degree in HR and Co-Active Coaching (CTI).
